By this point in the year we know parents are POOPED! Just us? We decided to end our year with a paint poo-arty for our kid influencers. We figured we couldn’t go wrong with ending our year of fun events with a little poop and giggles.
We hear a lot that our JustAPlayDate events are more for the girls so we wanted to make sure the boys were feeling the love at our final event of the year. We found the perfect combination with #JustAPoopParty.
When we reached out to our partners on this event they LOVED the idea and we have to admit that we did too! It turns out that Kewl Kidz Paint gets a lot of requests for emoji paint parties so they were happy to supply some fun poop Santas for us and Karina found some shirts that matched the painting perfectly!!!
It blows my mind how many poop toys are out there. Like, really? Why are children so entertained by poop? Still, when throwing a poop themed party you need the best poop partners around. We were really excited that Poopeez signed on to be a sponsor. We love unboxing Poopeez and were super excited when JustABXgirl opened a Poopicorn at the event!!!
And do you know what littles love more than poop? SLIME!!! Did you know that Kangaroo now only has a bunch of fun slimes but they actually have Emoji Poop and Unicorn Poop Super Cool Poopie Slime. They sent all of our kid influencers both types to take home after the party. It seemed like we had everything we needed to have a pooptacular event…except the space!!!
Of course, our savior would come serving pizza! The Famous Original Ray’s is a favorite for our staff meetings and they stepped up to the plate and offered to sponsor us for our final event of the year! Our kid influencers were not complaining about us hosting a poop paint party at a pizza place. Say that five times fast!!!
All poop puns aside it was a really fun day. I mean where most people walk around with Santa hats we were walking around with poop on our heads. If that doesn’t win us Cool Mom Awards I demand a recount.
We have so much fun planned for our kid influencers come 2019. If you live in the NYC area and know a kid influencer make sure they sign up to be invited to future events!
