Kids Fly (Pretty Much) Free With SAS – Get Those Stamps Early!

One thing that JustaBXMom and I have in common is that we LOVE LOVE LOVE to travel.  Since both of us became single moms, we have learned to find tips and tricks to satisfy our wanderlust with our kids without breaking the bank. I for one love exposing Amari to new places and experiences.  One of my favorites has rolled back around and I want to let you in on the secret while it’s hot!

If you never thought about taking the little ones to Scandinavia you may want to start.
SAS has a program called “Travelers Start Young” that rolls around a couple of times a year. So, for a limited time for every qualifying adult ticket bought, up to 8 children (if you dare) between ages 2-11 can fly (pretty much) free.

“Why do you keep throwing that phrase pretty much in there Aishah,” you ask? That’s because the government still wants its cut on “Free”.  You still have to pay the taxes on each child ticket.   So for example, I looked at a flight in January from NYC to Oslo direct (YES I SAID DIRECT) and the taxes for a child were about $60.  That’s a little more than a tank of gas and will certainly take you much further!  No promo code needed, no secret tricks.  Just put in the adult and child(ren) and let the system do the rest. Now… the fare does have to be on a valid SAS operated flight… codeshares are not included.

If I have piqued your interest on this deal, you had better get going… the sale period is only until Friday, September 27, 2019. Good for all SAS Go Light, SAS Go, and SAS Plus fares. Travel is available for November 1 through December 1, 2019, and January 8 through March 25, 2020. Travel must start and end within the listed travel period.  You can depart from Boston (BOS), Newark (EWR), Miami (MIA), Washington D.C (IAD), Chicago (ORD), San Francisco (SFO), and Los Angeles (LAX) to destinations in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.

Why are you still here??? Get going and get to traveling! PS, if you want to see where Amari and I travel then follow us on Instagram at JustaNJMom
