Want to feel good about spending money for the holidays? Tell yourself if will enrich your littles academically. Whether you home school or tradition school your little scholars these Holiday Gifts for Homeschoolers will be ways to bring home some educational fun.
Scramboozle – This is a great brain break game. It includes 30 challenges. Once you have solved the given challenges, you can create your own. This could also be a stocking stuffer. JustaBXgirl takes this on the go so she can play in the car. The pieces are all contained so there’s no chance of losing a ball.
Sensory Numberblocks – We are obsessed with these. We love Numberblocks and we love sensory bottles from Hand2Mind. Putting the two together, definitely obsessed. Hops plays with these almost daily. We use them for counting, simple math equations, and just to play.
Kanoodle Ultimate Champion – The public spoke and Educational Insights listened. Kanoodle Ultimate challenge comes with a timer so we don’t have to use an external one any longer. JustaBXgirl has loved Kanoodle for years. This upgrade made her so happy. This is another one that gets packed for when we are on the go. Restaurants and hotel rooms are great places to get your Kanoodle on.
E-blox Circuit Build Your Own Bubble Making Machine – Allowing littles to put together their own bubble machine helps gain confidence and shows the gratification of a job well done. This is designed for ages 5 and up but will bring joy to the whole family because bubbles make everyone happy. This is a great way to get littles interested in STEM projects. It is simple and lots of fun.
Genius Star – We have loved Smart Games since JustaBXgirl was tiny. You can read about the first game we fell in love with from them here. I love that this is a game that can be played alone or with an opponent. It is one of those games that doesn’t feel like learning but definitely gets the brain flexing.
Genius Square – The square is a bit easier than the star if you’re looking for a place to start competing like a genius. Same pros, can be played alone and is a lot of fun while still getting learning on. These games are the type that won’t make littles feel like you’re giving learning gifts. The dual player format also allows for some one-on-one time with your little. That’s a win-win for all involved.
