As the days get shorter and schedules get busier it is important to find ways to stay connected with our littles. In our home, we welcome Family Game Night as a way to check-in. I get JustaBXgirl’s cousins to come over and we spend the evening laughing, competing, and catching up. Hops is also a fan of playing games so I regularly look for games that can be enjoyed by all ages. Here are a few games that we have been playing on the past few months.
Priorities – This is an easy-to-learn card game that is perfect for family and adult game nights. It is a hilarious game that will have you questioning how well you know yourself, your littles, and your friends! It is a great way to open communication with the tweens and teens who might not be as open with their sharing. It is a great way to gauge how well you and your littles know each other.
Jurassic World Cage Breaker – Can you help Blue escape? I love how this is sneaky educational. It gives us the names of dinosaurs and lets us know if they are carnivores or herbivores. Great way to learn and laugh.
Jurassic World Volcano Quake Balancing Game – I am a huge fan of games you can play alone. Growing up as an only child, I spent a lot of time playing both sides of boards. This is a great game that can be played alone or with multiple players. It is another one that makes you think. JustaBXgirl likes to keep this near her desk so that she can play it when she needs a brain break. She also likes to challenge me at times. If my clumsy self can balance the dinos so can you!
Jurassic World Shaky Volcano – This game is all about balance. Can you balance the dinosaurs on the volcano or will you be the one to get them knocked off? This is tons of fun. And it is a simple game that all can play.
Ultimatch – I have a weakness for any game that can be played alone. They are the best for traveling with. They are the best for brain breaks. They are a gift to parents and singles everywhere. Ultimatch is even better because it can be a solitary game or one played with friends. It also can be used in gameschooling so you know this is on the top of my list!
I think the Priorities game is one we should check out thanks for the list it has been added to my cart
We have a Dino lover in the crew so I know she would love any of the Jurassic games
I like the new layout for the email
